This is a high-ownership, outbound-focused role.
Your primary responsibility is to generate qualified leads and meetings through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
If you enjoy speaking to decision-makers, building pipelines, and closing conversations, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound ProspectingDaily cold calls (50–80 calls/day)
- Send cold emails & LinkedIn outreach
- Initiate WhatsApp conversations with prospects
- Lead GenerationIdentify companies expanding / hiring
- Build and maintain lead databases
- Research decision-makers (HR, Admin, Founders)
- Engagement & Follow-upsConsistent follow-ups via calls, email, WhatsApp
- Nurture leads until meeting conversion
- Pipeline ManagementMaintain daily activity tracker
- Update CRM / Google Sheets regularly
- Ensure strong pipeline hygiene
- Meeting ConversionBook qualified meetings for senior team
- Understand basic client requirements before handover

Who Should Apply- 0–4 years experience in Sales / Business Development / Inside Sales
- Strong communication skills (English + Hindi required)
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach
- Self-driven and target-oriented
- Ability to work remotely with discipline
