Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Specialist to support our Business Development Manager in generating qualified leads, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities for our IT services.
The candidate will be responsible for market research, outreach, lead qualification, follow-ups, CRM updates, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into clients.
Key Responsibilities
● Generate and qualify business opportunities through LinkedIn, outbound outreach, email campaigns, referrals, networking, and other sales channels.
● Identify and connect with decision-makers including Founders, CEOs, CTOs, Product Heads, and Business Owners.
● Handle client conversations professionally through calls, emails, virtual meetings, and presentations.
● Conduct requirement-gathering and discovery discussions with clients and collaborate with technical teams to propose relevant IT solutions.
● Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities across international markets, including the US, UK, UAE, Europe, Canada, and Australia.
● Prepare customized proposals, capability decks and business presentations.
● Maintain strong follow-up discipline and ensure timely movement of opportunities through the sales pipeline.
● Use CRM tools effectively to manage leads, communication history, pipeline status, and sales reporting.
● Work closely with marketing and leadership teams for campaign-based lead generation initiatives.
● Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, emerging technologies, and market demands in IT services.
Required Skills & Expertise
● 2–5 years of experience in international IT services sales, business development, and lead generation.
● A good understanding of IT services, including web development, mobile applications, custom software, SaaS solutions, AI solutions, and digital transformation services.
● Excellent English communication skills — verbal, written, and business communication.
● Ability to independently handle international client calls and business discussions

● Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● Strong understanding of sales pipelines, follow-up strategies, and conversion processes.
● Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and revenue-oriented goals.
● Self-driven, organized, proactive, and execution-focused mindset.
● Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Zoho CRM, Lusha, Clutch, Upwork, or similar sales tools/platforms.
● Exposure to proposal drafting, estimation coordination, and solution selling.
● An understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile project environments is an advantage.
