Job Title: Business Development Manager (US Staffing)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) for our US Staffing division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring direct clients, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth in the US IT/Non-IT staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US staffing market.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, emails, networking, and referrals.
- Acquire direct clients and implement MSP/VMS relationships.
- Understand client hiring needs and provide staffing solutions accordingly.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, MSA, and service agreements with clients.
- Coordinate with recruiters to fulfill client requirements.
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and account growth.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Track sales activities, pipeline, and revenue targets.
- Attend client meetings and staffing industry networking events when required.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and client responses.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in US Staffing Business Development.
- Strong understanding of IT/Non-IT staffing industry.
- Experience with Direct Clients, MSP, and VMS models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Ability to work independently and achieve revenue targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.
- Strong ownership mentality and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing client relationships in the US staffing market.
- Experience working with recruiting teams.
- Proven track record of closures and revenue generation.
