Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist based in New Delhi, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves identifying potential business opportunities, conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, and building relationships with clients. Responsibilities also include creating and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and ensuring exceptional customer service to support client needs and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities to identify trends and opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
- Proven Lead Generation capabilities and proficiency in building a sales pipeline
- Ability to deliver outstanding Customer Service and foster client relationships
- Highly self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a hybrid work environment
- Experience in business development or related roles is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other business development software is a plus
