Our Hyderabad headquarters showroom serves as a key specification and experience centre for architects, designers, and developers.
Role Overview
We are looking to onboard Business Development Executives to strengthen our outreach among architects, interior designers, builders, and PMCs.
This role is focused on business development, relationship building, and lead generation, while the in-store sales team handles detailed presentations, quotations, and order closures.
The position requires a professional, luxury-facing approach and a strong understanding of the project and specification ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, Designer & Trade Outreach
- Build and maintain professional relationships with:
- Architects
- Interior Designers
- Builders & Developers
- PMCs / Consultants
Conduct regular field visits to offices, sites, and studios
Position Valueline as a long-term specification and solution partner
Lead Generation & Project Intelligence
Generate qualified project leads across:
Villas & premium residences Apartments Commercial / hospitality developments
Capture and share key project details such as:
- Project stage and location
- Architect / designer / PMC details
- Broad client requirements
- Business Development & Coordination
- Coordinate closely with the showroom sales team
- Ensure smooth handover of leads for further detailing and closure
- Support architect-led showroom visits and discussions when required
- Track project movement and maintain continuity until closure
Brand Representation
- Represent luxury sanitaryware and wellness brands with professionalism
- Communicate product categories, positioning, and capabilities clearly
- Uphold brand dignity and relationship ethics at all times
Reporting & Discipline
- Maintain visit reports, lead trackers, and project updates
- Share regular feedback from market, architects, and sites
- Work closely with the Showroom Manager on business development priorities
Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of experience in sanitaryware, luxury building materials, bath fittings, tiles, kitchens, or premium interior products
- Prior exposure to architect-led or project-based business preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, presentable, and comfortable with fieldwork
- Basic understanding of sanitaryware and wellness products is an advantage
