Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Business Development Specialist to join our team on-site at our noida office. The role involves driving lead generation efforts, conducting market research to identify growth opportunities, building client relationships, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams. You will also engage with potential customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable solutions, and ensure high-quality customer service to exceed client expectations.

- Strong analytical skills to assess market data and identify business opportunities
- Exceptional written and verbal communicationj skills for client and internal interactions
- Experience in lead generation and knowledge of customer acquisition strategies
- Proficiency in market research techniques and identifying target market trends
- Customer service skills to address client needs effectively and build long-term relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage time efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with the cloud industry or SaaS solutions is a plus
