💼 Role: Business Development Specialist (Remote)
This is a high-impact, growth-focused role where you will drive revenue and expansion for UrekaBox.
You will:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Generate and qualify leads through multiple channels
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Build strong relationships with potential clients
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle — from outreach to conversion
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and leadership teams
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret market trends
- Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
- Proven experience in lead generation and conversion
- Ability to perform cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) effectively
- Strong understanding of customer needs and sales psychology
- Self-driven and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Exposure to SaaS / Logistics / Supply Chain is a strong advantage
📊 Experience
- 3–5 years in business development / sales (lead generation + conversion)
- Candidates from logistics & supply chain domain preferred

- You are expected to start delivering results within the first 30 days
- A 3-month evaluation period will determine long-term alignment
🎓 Freshers can apply for a 3–4 month internship
