Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai
Working Model: On site
Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Budget: 9 - 14 LPA (depending on experience)
Experience: 4 to 6 (relevant channel / equity broking exposure mandatory)
Role Overview: We’re looking for a Strategic Partnerships Development Manager responsible for driving revenue growth through broker and sub-broker networks in the retail equity and financial services ecosystem. The role involves building strong channel partnerships, managing sales execution, and ensuring consistent revenue delivery through a performance-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Partner Development:
- Build and expand a strong network of brokers, sub-brokers, and distribution partners in the retail equity space
- Drive onboarding, activation, and engagement of channel partners
- Strengthen existing partner relationships to improve productivity and revenue contribution
Revenue & Target Management:
- Set and own revenue targets for self and team
- Track performance, productivity, and business outcomes across channels
- Drive consistent revenue generation through active partner engagement
Sales Execution & Team Management:
- Manage and monitor performance of field sales and telesales teams
- Ensure execution discipline and target achievement across teams
- Align team performance with overall business objectives
Channel Expansion:
- Identify new channels, partnerships, and distribution opportunities
- Expand broker network across key geographies
- Build scalable retail distribution ecosystems
Training & Enablement:
- Train, mentor, and scale sales teams and channel partners
- Improve partner effectiveness through product and market knowledge
- Support continuous improvement in conversion and productivity
What You Bring:
- 4 - 6 years of experience in sales / business development roles
- Strong exposure to retail broking, wealth management, mutual fund distribution, or fintech (channel-led sales)
- Proven experience in broker / sub-broker network management
- Strong track record of achieving revenue and sales targets
- Good understanding of equity markets and retail financial products
- Experience managing multi-layered sales teams (field + telesales)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- High ownership mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
