Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective learners through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and webinars
- Understand learner goals and recommend suitable programs
- Schedule and manage demo/strategy sessions
- Follow up with leads and drive enrollments
- Build partnerships with colleges, communities, and organizations
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline
- Collaborate with marketing and mentor teams for campaigns and events
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and counseling ability
- Passion for sales, business growth, and career guidance
- Basic understanding of tech/analytics courses is a plus
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive mindset
