Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist, based in Hyderabad, with partial work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include identifying and generating new business opportunities, conducting market research, and creating strategies to expand the company's client base. This role also requires building strong relationships with potential and existing clients while ensuring outstanding customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify trends, interpret data, and recommend strategies for business growth
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify potential business opportunities and target markets
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and manage tasks both remotely and in-person
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or a similar field is a plus
