Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Executive to join our team on-site in Pune District. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation, managing potential client communications, providing customer service, and achieving sales targets for our education and training programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, reaching out to prospective students, offering program information, maintaining client relationships, and supporting enrollment processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation,
Handle inbound & outbound calls for course enquiries
• Counsel students & working professionals on career-oriented programs (AI, Data Analytics, etc.)
• Explain course details, fees, batches, and career opportunities
• Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
• Maintain lead data and update CRM regularly
• Achieve weekly/monthly admission targets
• Coordinate with academic team for smooth onboarding ki
