Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Business Development Specialist. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, conducting market research, and developing strategic plans to build strong client relationships. Routine activities include prospecting potential leads, analyzing market trends, nurturing customer relationships, and providing solutions that align with client objectives. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of services.

- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends, data, and identifying business opportunities
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain lasting client relationships
- Experience in Lead Generation and prospecting for new sales opportunities
- Proficiency in Market Research to analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes
- Customer Service skills with a focus on understanding client needs and ensuring satisfaction
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales forecasting tools is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is advantageous
- Experience in technology, SaaS solutions, or Microsoft services is a plus
