Tayseer Enterprises is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our growing team.
📍 Location: Delhi NCR
💼 Position: Business Development Specialist
🕐 Employment Type: Full-Time
🎯 Experience: 2–5 years in Business Development / Sales / Recruitment / B2B Partnerships
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong B2B relationships and strategic partnerships.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, networking, cold outreach, referrals and other channels.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable recruitment/visa/business solutions.
• Manage the complete business development cycle — from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and business proposals.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close partnership agreements.
• Maintain regular communication with existing clients and identify opportunities for business expansion.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and emerging business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for clients.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, proposals and conversions.
🔹 Ideal Candidate
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✅ Strong B2B sales and relationship-building abilities
✅ Confident in client meetings and presentations
✅ Proactive, target-oriented and self-motivated
✅ Good understanding of LinkedIn and digital lead-generation techniques
✅ Experience in international recruitment, overseas education, immigration/visa services or manpower solutions will be an advantage.
