About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Software / SaaS / ERP Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying opportunities, generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, and closing deals within the Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, and Corporate sectors. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and presentation skills and be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Meet key stakeholders, decision-makers, and senior management of Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions, and Corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements and map them to the company's software/SaaS/ERP solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, software demonstrations, and solution discussions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, commercial offers, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with technical and implementation teams for smooth onboarding of clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities in CRM systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Software Sales, SaaS Sales, ERP Sales, FinTech Sales, IT Solutions Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to confidently interact with CXOs, Directors, Business Heads, and senior stakeholders.
- Understanding of Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, ERP, or SaaS products will be preferred.
- Self-motivated with a strong sales and target-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and virtual meeting platforms.
Preferred Experience
- Experience selling ERP, Loan Management Systems, Banking Software, FinTech Products, CRM Solutions, HRMS, or SaaS Platforms.
- Existing network within Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions, or Corporate clients will be an added advantage.
- Experience in conducting software demonstrations and handling enterprise sales discussions.
