Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist with a strong background in a marketing, advertising, branding, PR, or digital agency. The ideal candidate should have experience in acquiring and managing government, institutional, and private sector clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across government, institutional, and private sectors.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Develop sales strategies and maintain a healthy business pipeline.
- Identify tenders, RFPs, empanelments, and direct business opportunities.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, proposal submissions, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with strategy, creative, and digital teams to develop winning solutions.
- Achieve business growth and revenue targets.
What We're Looking For
- 5–10 years of experience in a marketing, advertising, branding, PR, or digital agency.
- Proven experience in business development and client acquisition.
- Exposure to government, institutional, or corporate clients is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive growth.
- Existing industry relationships will be an added advantage.
