Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Specialist role based in Noida. The specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities through lead generation, outbound outreach, and follow-up on inbound inquiries, with a focus on the process, manufacturing, and environmental engineering domains. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, mapping target accounts, understanding client pain points, and aligning them with Specx’s engineering and digital solutions. The role involves preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and commercial offers in collaboration with technical teams, as well as supporting bids, RFQs, and tender submissions. The specialist will maintain a structured sales pipeline, update CRM records, coordinate client meetings and demos, and nurture long-term relationships to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to identify opportunities, assess trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear presentations, proposal writing, and effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and building a robust sales pipeline.
- Customer Service skills to manage client expectations, provide timely responses, and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Relevant experience in business development or sales within engineering, industrial, or technology services (process, manufacturing, or environmental sectors preferred).
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and travel to client locations as required.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and online research platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage. Final Year PG Students with good communication skills can be considered.
