Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, networking, and online platforms
- Identify decision-makers and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Research target industries, companies, and potential business opportunities
- Create personalized outreach campaigns with high response rates
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships until conversion
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand services and prepare proposals/pitches Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and sales activities
- Achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry opportunities
Qualifications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar tools
- Knowledge of outbound sales and lead nurturing strategies
- Ability to write effective cold emails and outreach messages
- Understanding of sales funnels and client acquisition processes
