Role Description

The Business Development Specialist at SIFFRUM will play a critical role in driving business growth and establishing new client relationships. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Srinagar. Primary responsibilities include conducting market research, generating qualified leads, maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves collaborating closely with internal teams to develop and execute effective strategies that align with the company's goals.


Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Analytical Skills to evaluate data and inform decision-making
  • Ability to build and manage client relationships effectively
  • Proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and industry trends
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in a similar role or in a technology-driven organization is a plus
