Core RoleDrive high-quality lead generation and pipeline building across multiple outbound channels.
💼
Key Responsibilities• Generate leads via LinkedIn, cold calling, Upwork, email campaigns & other channels
• Identify, qualify, and nurture high-potential prospects
• Initiate conversations with decision-makers (Founders, CTOs, etc.)
• Manage outreach, follow-ups, and early-stage client communication
• Maintain and track pipeline using CRM tools
• Collaborate with the sales/closing team for smooth handover

What We’re Looking ForExperience in IT services (international market is a must)
Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting & qualification
Hands-on with LinkedIn outreach, Upwork, cold calling, email
Ability to connect with founders, CTOs, and key stakeholders
Consistent, target-driven, and process-oriented mindset
