Role Reality
This is a pure sales, partnership & growth role. You'll receive commission on each successful closing.
No hand-holding, brand inbound or learning phase either.
Your job is to create opportunities from zero, close partnerships, and sell Senseible to MSMEs aggressively.
If you can’t hunt, pitch, follow up, and close - don’t apply. Do NOT.
What You Will Do
- Create new business opportunities daily (outbound-first)
- Sell Senseible’s carbon & ESG solutions to MSMEs
- Build and close partnerships (aggregators, ecosystem players, channel partners)
- Handle objections, rejections, and long follow-ups
- Own your numbers - leads, conversations, conversions
Who Should Apply
- Proven sales hustlers (B2B / MSME / startup sales)
- People who can sell without brand support
- Comfortable with targets, pressure, and accountability
- Can operate independently and move fast
- Experience working in sustainable or tech-driven industries is a plus
