Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Digital Marketing
Location: Lucknow- Onsite

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales and generate leads for our digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a basic understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to convert prospects into clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, PPC, Website Development, etc.)
- Conduct meetings (virtual/physical) with potential clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports
- Coordinate with the internal marketing team to ensure client requirements are met
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintain a database of leads and follow-ups
Required Skills:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SMO, Google Ads, etc.)
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Self-motivated and proactive approach
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in sales or digital marketing is a plus
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and lead generation tools
