Job details:
Company Description SecComply is a cybersecurity company that combines strategic, business-focused, and human-centered thinking to help organizations turn security into a driver of growth rather than a cost center. The company supports startups, fintech firms, AI and ML organizations, manufacturing enterprises, and global businesses that need premium cybersecurity expertise without building large in-house teams. SecComply’s “Beyond Compliance” approach transforms standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPAA into competitive advantages. Through its consulting services and SecComply Platform, the company streamlines compliance management with centralized workflows, risk visibility, audit readiness, and continuous monitoring. SecComply maintains long-term partnerships with strong outcomes, including zero major breaches among long-term clients and a 94% client retention rate.

The specialist engages prospects to understand their security and compliance needs, presents SecComply’s value proposition, and schedules and supports sales meetings and demos. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging, track pipeline activities in CRM tools, and prepare reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and market feedback. Ongoing responsibilities include nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients, supporting proposals, and contributing insights to improve go‑to‑market strategies.
