Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Specialist. The primary responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, conducting thorough market research, maintaining strong client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. With a focus on driving business growth, the role requires daily collaboration with internal teams and external clients to identify opportunities, present value propositions, and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical and Market Research skills for identifying trends, understanding market dynamics, and driving data-driven insights.
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present ideas effectively and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and prospecting new business opportunities to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Customer Service expertise with the ability to address client needs, solve problems, and maintain long-term relationships.
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and achieve targets in a fully remote environment.
• Prior experience in business development, sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is advantageous.
