About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive our growth by identifying and engaging with potential customers. This role sits at the front line of our sales engine—focused on generating high-quality leads, starting meaningful conversations, and building a strong pipeline for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients across target markets
- Reach out to prospects through cold emails, calls, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of all activities in CRM tools
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine outreach strategies
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly outreach and pipeline targets
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort with cold outreach and handling rejections
- Highly organized with good follow-up discipline
- Ability to understand customer needs and position solutions effectively
- Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn
