About Us: Revapex AI is a fast-growing B2B SaaS and Salesforce implementation startup. We are currently scaling our educational wing, providing top-tier Salesforce training to professionals and students across India. We are looking for a hungry, results-driven Business Development Specialist (BDS) to take ownership of our sales pipeline, handle warm inbound leads, and drive new outbound growth.
The Opportunity: This is not a standard call-center job; this is a strategic business development role. You will be the front line of our revenue engine. Your time will be split between closing warm leads who have registered for our webinars and executing targeted outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and cold email to generate new prospects.
If you are a strong closer with a knack for digital outreach, you can easily double your base salary with our aggressive incentive structure. As our startup grows, top-performing BDS candidates will be first in line for Sales Manager and Team Lead positions.
Key Responsibilities: * Webinar Lead Conversion: Call registered participants to confirm attendance, build excitement, and maximize webinar show-up rates. Follow up promptly post-webinar to handle objections and close course enrollments.
- Digital Outreach: Execute professional cold email campaigns and leverage LinkedIn to connect with potential students and professionals interested in upskilling in Salesforce.
- Pipeline Management: Track all lead interactions, call outcomes, and outreach metrics accurately.
- Market Feedback: Provide ground-level feedback to the management team on student objections, market trends, and campaign effectiveness.
What We Are Looking For: * Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, inside sales, or telecalling.
- Skills: Strong phone etiquette combined with professional written communication skills for email and LinkedIn messaging.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills. Must be highly fluent in Hindi and English. (Fluency in Odia is a strong plus).
- Attitude: Confident, polite, persuasive, and target-driven. You should be comfortable hunting for leads and asking for the sale. Familiarity with Salesforce or the IT/SaaS industry is a bonus.
Salary & Uncapped Earning Potential: * Fixed Base Salary: ₹8,000 per month.
- Performance Incentive: ₹2000 per successful course enrollment.
- Example: Close just 1 course a week from your calls or LinkedIn outreach, and your monthly take-home is ₹16,000. Close 10 courses in a month, and you take home ₹28,000. Your earning potential is entirely in your hands!
