Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Pune Division. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying business opportunities through market research, generating and nurturing leads, and developing strategic relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, understanding customer needs, attending client meetings, and contributing to strategies to grow company revenue. Additionally, this role will require collaboration across teams to align customer service strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and act on business opportunities
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and develop actionable insights
- Excellent Communication skills for client engagement, presentations, and internal team collaboration
- Customer Service skills to maintain and enhance client relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently when required
- Proven business acumen and experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
