Role Summary
Drive revenue growth by acquiring new advertisers and onboarding small & medium businesses into Rajasthan Patrika’s advertising ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new advertisers in the local market
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and meetings
- Convert prospects into first-time advertisers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets

2. Commercial Business Executive
Role Summary
Drive business growth through consultative selling by understanding client needs and offering customized advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate revenue through solution-based selling
- Develop need-based proposals and client presentations
- Build long-term relationships with key clients
- Understand marketing objectives and deliver tailored solutions
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
Preferred Background
Insurance | Telecom (TSM) | Digital Marketing | Banking/Broking | IndiaMART or similar platforms
Candidate Profile (For Both Roles)
- Experience: 4–7 years in Sales/Business Development
- Age: Up to 35 years (Preferred around 30)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven, client-facing environment
- Expertise in client acquisition and relationship management
