Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role, located in Noida, for a Business Development Specialist. The role involves identifying and generating leads, conducting in-depth market research, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to business growth strategies. The specialist will work closely with internal teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored advisory solutions. Additionally, excellent customer service will be a key aspect of the role, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and drive informed decision-making
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify potential business opportunities and understand market dynamics
- Solid Customer Service skills for building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in business development or consulting is an advantage
