Role Description
We are seeking a motivated full-time Business Development Specialist for our on-site team in Coimbatore. The individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams to devise client-focused solutions. The role also requires tracking customer interactions, delivering presentations, and contributing to the company's overall growth strategy.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research expertise for identifying business trends and opportunities.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation strategies and ability to convert leads into long-term business partnerships.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet targets and contribute towards business growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in Sales and Business Development is a plus.
