Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Jaipur. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and generating leads to grow the company's customer base. Daily responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, building and maintaining relationships, and assisting in developing strategies to promote the company's fitness equipment offerings. The role also involves working collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and market research skills to identify trends and opportunities
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to present and negotiate effectively
- Experience in lead generation and building a pipeline of potential clients
- Proficiency in customer service and fostering client relationships
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team
- Knowledge of the fitness equipment industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office software
