Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Business Development Specialist to join our team on-site at our Noida office. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing the entire business development cycle. The specialist will support the creation of sales strategies, conduct market research, present proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Client Relationship Management and Customer Engagement
- Experience in Prospecting, Lead Generation, and Sales Development
- Strong Strategic Thinking and Market Analysis capabilities
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM Tools and Business Development Software
- Ability to meet sales targets and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous business development or sales experience in IT or web consultancy is a plus
