Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with
both new and existing clients and ensuring end-to-end delivery of client projects in alignment with business objectives. This role involves
strategic lead generation, client retention, and close coordination with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and identify potential new clients through various channels.
Establish and maintain continuous communication with leads via emails and calls to convert them into potential clients.
Organize and conduct introductory calls to showcase Philomath Research’s capabilities and services.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
Ensure client retention through consistent communication, quality service, and strategic engagement.
Receive and respond to all client RFIs (Request for Information) / RFQs (Request for Quotation).
Prepare competitive project costings and proposals.
Participate in bidding for client projects and coordinate with internal teams on submissions.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to understand evolving needs and project requirements.
Be involved in the end-to-end process from lead acquisition to final delivery.
Understand the full scope of client projects and collaborate with the Project Management team to ensure deliverables meet
expectations.
Work with top management to analyze and resolve technical, operational, and financial issues.
Ensure high-quality service delivery and strengthen client-supplier relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field
1–5 years of experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development
Prior experience in the market research or consulting industry is a plus
