Role Description
This full-time remote position as a Business Development Specialist involves identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to strategic business growth initiatives. You will engage with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions to drive business opportunities within the clinical research industry.
Qualifications
- University degree with life science background or equivalent and relevant formal academic/ vocational
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends and identifying growth opportunities
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Experience in Lead Generation and developing strategies to secure new business opportunities
- Proficiency in Market Research to assess industry trends and provide actionable insights
- Proactive and result-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with the clinical research or healthcare industry is a plus
Working Conditions and Environment
• Work is performed in an office or clinical environment with exposure to electrical office equipment.
• Often travels/ drives to site locations. Frequent travel both domestic and international.
