Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Specialist. The Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to explore potential opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships. On a day-to-day basis, they will develop strategies to expand the business, liaise with existing and prospective clients, and provide exceptional customer service while driving growth and revenue. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify market trends
- Experience in lead generation and business prospecting
- Proficiency in conducting detailed market research
- Customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting and achieve targets
- Understanding of market research processes, especially in the B2B, B2C, or Healthcare sectors is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Market Research, or a related field preferred
