Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development: Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities in target markets.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with decision makers and stakeholders.
• Solution Selling: Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT services (cloud, infrastructure, managed services, cybersecurity, etc.).
• Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closure, including proposal development and contract negotiation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with delivery and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and CRM records.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 2-3 years of proven sales experience in IT services or solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet/exceed sales targets.
