Responsibilities

  • Own the Outreach: Initiate contact through cold emails, direct messages, and calls. Be the spark that ignites conversations with potential clients.
  • Pitch Like a Pro: Reach and engage decision-makers at eCommerce, SaaS, and digital-first companies across the US and EU, with compelling pitches that resonate.
  • Qualify with Confidence: Dive deep into understanding business needs and set up robust discovery calls for our field sales team. We envision rapid growth, enabling you to start closing deals independently within six months.
  • Be Our CRM Wizard: Keep everything organised and tracked, ensuring smooth operations within CRM tools like HubSpot or Apollo.
  • Collaborate and Learn: Work closely with Growth, Strategy, and Marketing teams to refine your skills and achieve smarter close rates.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation, focusing on LinkedIn outreach, Email Marketing, and lead generation.
  • Proven track record of generating leads and building successful client relationships across Australia, the US, the UK, and Europe.
  • Strong expertise in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation.
  • In-depth understanding of identifying ideal customer profiles and executing targeted outreach strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to write compelling messages that capture attention and drive action.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.
