We’re Hiring – Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Specialist to support business growth through effective coordination, execution, and client engagement across the organisation.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Support business development activities and growth initiatives
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of operations
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and partners
• Prepare reports, trackers, and BD-related documentation
• Support senior BD team members in daily operations.
🔹 Preferred Profile:
• 4–5 years of experience in Business Development or a similar role
• Exposure to the Logistics & Transportation industry preferred
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
• Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
