Role Description
The Business Development Specialist will play a key role in driving growth and forging new business opportunities for OdissiTech Global Solutions. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new market opportunities, fostering and maintaining client relationships, developing strategic business plans, and negotiating contracts. The specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address client needs. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience in market research and strategic planning to identify new opportunities
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders for effective client solutions
- Detail-oriented with skills in project management and contract management
- Familiarity with the EdTech and IT services industry is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets
