Roles and Responsibillities-
● Handle premium and high-intent clients, understanding complex requirements and offering customized interior solutions
● Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat and referral business
● Collaborate closely with design and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution
● Conduct advanced client consultations, presentations, and site visits to influence decision-making
● Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets, ensuring consistent overachievement
● Mentor and guide junior sales executives / team members (if applicable)
● Maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecast accuracy
● Resolve escalations and ensure exceptional customer experience across the journey
● Lead and participate in on-ground activations, events, and partnership opportunities
