🎯 Note: This is a target-driven role. Candidates must be comfortable working with sales targets and performance expectations.
🔍 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Proven experience in IT Sales / SaaS / ERP / eCommerce services
• Strong expertise in lead generation (Upwork, LinkedIn, cold outreach, etc.)
• Ability to handle client communication, negotiations, and deal closures
• Target-oriented approach with consistent performance track record
• Understanding of digital solutions and software selling
📈 Additional for BDM Role:
• Experience in team handling and leadership
• Ability to drive team performance and achieve revenue targets
• Strategic thinking with ownership of business growth
