Role Description
This is an hybdrid role for a Business Development Specialist based in Ahmedabad. The role involves conducting in-depth market research to identify potential business opportunities, generating leads, and nurturing client relationships. The candidate will do extensive outreach to find new prospects, communicate with potential clients and assist with creating and executing strategic initiatives to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of BDE Experience in IT Firms
- Proficiency in communication and customer service to effectively engage and maintain client relationships.
- Experience in lead generation and building a customer base is essential for the role.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic understanding of sales pipelines is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
