Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Hyderabad. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting customer service initiatives. The role also involves working closely with teams to understand business challenges and exploring new avenues for growth and partnerships.

- Excellent Communication skills for presenting ideas, negotiating, and engaging with clients.
- Expertise in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify new business opportunities.
- Customer Service skills, including relationship building and client retention strategies.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in sales or business development roles is a plus.
