🎯 Role Overview:
This is not a traditional Business Development role.
This is a revenue and opportunity creation function.
You will be responsible for:
→ Identifying and engaging decision-makers
→ Creating high-quality conversations
→ Converting opportunities into revenue
You are not here to “support sales”.
You are here to build pipeline and drive business outcomes.
⚙️ What You’ll Actually Do:
→ Targeted outreach (LinkedIn + direct channels)
→ Engage founders, HR leaders, and professionals
→ Understand business needs and hiring challenges
→ Position Navya Nexus solutions in a consultative manner
→ Build and manage a qualified pipeline
→ Support and contribute to deal closures
🧠 What This Role Requires:
→ Strong communication (clarity over complexity)
→ Ability to think commercially, not just operationally
→ Comfort with outreach, rejection, and consistency
→ Understanding of how client conversations convert into revenue
→ Ownership mindset (not task-based thinking)
✅ Ideal Background:
→ 0–2 years in business development / sales (or strong fresher with intent)
→ Exposure to recruitment, consulting, or B2B services is a plus
→ Ability to understand business problems and position solutions
