Role Description
The Business Development Specialist will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, conducting market research, and maintaining excellent customer relations. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, creating effective strategies, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive business growth. This is a full-time, remote role based in the Hyderabad.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Market Research, Lead Generation, and identifying new business opportunities
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and drive data-based decision-making
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Customer Service experience to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Knowledge of the nutraceutical or phytogenic solutions industry is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
