Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Business Development Specialist. In this role, you will generate leads and identify business opportunities through market research and strategic planning. Day-to-day tasks involve building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting customer outreach, and analyzing market trends. You will also collaborate with internal teams to drive growth initiatives and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

- Effective Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders and clients
- Experience in Lead Generation and opportunity identification
- Proficiency in Market Research methodologies and tools
- Commitment to delivering excellent Customer Service and relationship building
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and drive results in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry or business development is a plus
