(Field Sales) – IC Role
Location: North Bangalore & Whitefield
Role Type: Individual Contributor (IC)
Experience: 1–4 Years
Key Requirements
- Mandatory experience in Field Sales and handling channel partners.
- Strong network in North Bangalore and Whitefield market preferred.
- Existing connections with builders, brokers, architects, and real estate channel partners.
- Candidate should ideally have 50–100+ active channel partner connections.
- Self-driven and target-oriented candidate preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate customer leads through channel partners and field sales activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, builders, architects, and partners across North Bangalore & Whitefield.
- Source bulk customer data and share qualified leads with the pre-sales team.
- Achieve monthly target of sourcing data for 500 customers.
- Conduct regular market visits and partner meetings to ensure continuous lead flow.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate lead tracking and daily activity reports.
