We’re Hiring: Business Developer /📍 Learn French Enligne (Main Brand)
We are looking for a core team member who can take ownership of learner conversations, guide them with clarity, and drive enrolments for our main brand Learn French Enligne.
This is not a traditional sales role — it is a consultative business role where you help learners choose the right French learning pathway based on their goals (Canada PR, TEF/TCF, career growth, etc.).
🔹 Your Role:• Handle inbound/outbound calls and learner enquiries
• Understand learner goals, background, and timeline
• Recommend the correct structured learning pathway
• Drive enrolments through consultative conversations (not pressure selling)• Follow up and manage the complete lead journey• Contribute to overall business growth and conversions
🔹 Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) preferred
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Strong clarity in explanation and active listening skills
• Basic understanding of sales, counselling, or customer handling
• Confident in handling conversations with professionals/students
• Comfortable with targets, follow-ups, and structured processes
• Prior experience in education counselling / sales / client advisory is a strong advantage
• High responsibility mindset (ownership over outcomes, not just tasks)
