Business Development – Digital Manufacturing Services (DMS)
We are looking for dynamic, results‑oriented techno‑commercial Business Development leaders to drive new business growth across Transportation, Industrial Machinery, Plant Engineering, and Medical/Life Sciences industries.

🔹 Role Overview
You will partner with BU & DU leaders to identify, position, convert, and close new business opportunities, building a strong, revenue‑qualified pipeline that enables consistent PO flow throughout the year.
This is a strategic growth champion role, involving close collaboration with sales, delivery, marketing, pre‑sales, operations, and solution leaders.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Drive account / geo / industry / service / solution‑based GTM initiatives
- Build and track 30‑60‑90 day, Q‑o‑Q pipeline generation plans
- Conduct market, account, and persona‑based research
- Develop segment‑specific value propositions & messaging
- Create and present custom client‑ready PPTs (reactive & proactive)
- Engage prospects, discover needs, and map LTTS solutions
- Own the journey from prospect → opportunity → SOW → RFP/RFI → proposal → order booking
- Govern and manage opportunity pipelines and cadence calls with stakeholders
- Analyze pipeline health and drive data‑backed decisions
🔹 Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, Pre‑Sales, Account or Delivery Management
- Exposure to international clients (NA / EU – remote)
- Strong client‑facing and stakeholder management skills
- Hands‑on experience in Digital Engineering / Smart Manufacturing, including:
- Industry 4.0
- MES
- PLM
- AI/ML
- Predictive Maintenance
