Role Overview :
We are looking for a Business Development Specialist with 3–4 years of experience who is passionate about building relationships, identifying opportunities, and growing a brand in the learning and development space. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy creating value for clients, we would love to connect with you.
What We’re Looking For :
- 3–4 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in training, learning & development, consulting, or team building industry.
- Strong ability to identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment.
- Flexible, resilient, and able to adapt to evolving business needs.
- Creative thinker who can come up with ideas and solutions on the fly.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Passion for personal growth and contributing to the growth of the brand you represent.
