About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Growth & Partnerships Manager to help expand Kavi Architects’ presence in the market. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and turning conversations into long-term business partnerships. You will play a key role in growing our client base across multiple sectors while positioning Kavi Architects as a preferred design partner.
You will work closely with leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders to build a strong pipeline of projects and drive sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Lead Generation
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients and projects.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, partnerships, and outreach efforts.
- Track opportunities from first interaction to closure.
Client Relationships & Partnerships
- Build strong relationships with developers, corporates, retail brands, consultants, and decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and position tailored solutions.
- Develop long-term partnerships that lead to repeat business.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Research market trends, competitors, and upcoming opportunities.
- Share insights on growth sectors, pricing trends, and client demand.
- Support business expansion plans and strategic initiatives.
Brand Presence & Networking
- Represent Kavi Architects at industry events and networking platforms.
- Help strengthen brand visibility and market credibility.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Experience in architecture, interior design, construction, real estate, or related industries preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Strong commercial understanding and ownership mindset.
- Self-driven, energetic, and target-oriented attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growth-focused environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field preferred.
